I created my custom lettering for the phrase "Stay Humble" in June 2015, as posted here on Instagram. I began using the lettering on merchandise starting January 2016.
A year or two later, people began tagging me in posts of people wearing t-shirts with the lettering on it, except the shirts weren't produced by me. It was also brought to my attention that vehicles bearing a decal version of the lettering were being seen, and I've never produced vehicle decals.
A quick google search verifies that the design has been stolen and is being widely sold without my permission. To be clear, I do not claim to own the actual phrase, "Stay Humble;" I'm the originator of the stylized lettering and artwork of the phrase.
Stealing art is wrong. A trademark has been filed.
